Recruiting jobs:

Sr. IT Recruiter (tenured)

  • We are looking for Sr. IT Recruiters who have experience working with direct candidates in USA (and NOT vendors).
  • Cold calling candidates and Recruiting from social networking sites experience is a MUST have.
  • 1-3 years of hands on recruitment experience is a MUST have.
  • Communicate with USA based sales team.
  • Excellent PHONE and COMM. skills is a MUST have.
  • Minimum education is Graduation in any stream.
  • Should be willing to work night shifts with flexible work hours.
  • Must have knowledge of latest technologies in IT field.
  • Should be a member of at least 2 professional networking sites.

 IT Recruiter (fresher)

  • We need freshers for our IT staffing services to work with our direct clients.
  • Minimum education is Graduation in any stream.
  • Need to have good Communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Must be pro-active and have minimum internet/teShould be willing to work night shifts with flexible work hours.

Business Development Jobs:

We also need pro-active Business Development Executives to tap into US market opportunities in prospecting and acquiring new accounts.

Business Development Executive/ Sr. Executive

  • 1-3 yrs experience in software sales experience 1-3 yrs experience in software sales experience.
  • Should have extensive International Business Development exposure.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be highly motivated, competitive, and a self-starter.
  • Person should have verbal and written communication skills to interact with US customers, especially with C-level executives.
  • Good experience across the entire sales/marketing cycle in the outsourcing business model.
  • Good understanding Willing to work in respective time zones.
