Do you have base salary?
Yes. Depending on experience it would range from $ 30-60 K.
(Draw against your commission for 4-6 months based on your exp/performance. This will be deducted from your compensation.)
How am I paid?
You would be paid as a 1099 Contractor.
Are there any benefits involved?
No. However, if our relationship continues post 6 months, you would acquire W2 status + benefits. Cost of the benefits will be deducted from your compensation.
Will there be any support from NetPixel?
Yes. You will have support from NetPixel RPO infrastructure center.

Do I have to own my recruitment?
No. NetPixel Recruitment team will be supporting you.
If I have my own candidate, will I get a commission on placement?
Yes.
How often will I get paid?
On receiving money from the client for the current month, your portion of commission will be paid by 10th of the next month.
Do I need any equipment?
Yes. You will need a laptop or desktop with internet connection and a phone line.
Will I be reimbursed for phone and internet connection?
Yes. However it will deducted from gross income before calculating your portion of commission.
Is this like a franchise?
Yes - as it operates like a franchise.
No – as there is no fee.
Will there be an exclusive territory assigned?
No. However, all efforts will be made to avoid virtual sales managers go for the same customer for the same kind of job. We might have one virtual sales manager for both IT and non-IT.
Will I be able to work with NetPixel’s current customers?
Yes. You will be provided with our existing customers detail along with national vendor status. Customers include Citi, AIG and more.
Will I be compensated for referring a virtual sales member?
Yes. You will be getting 5% of net profit for your references for the first 10 placements. The More you refer the more you get.

NetPixel has 11 years of presence in IT/Non IT Staffing Market. The company has 50 million plus revenue and has National vendor status with Fortune 100 companies.
Does NetPixel have onsite sales team?
Yes, but in NYC only.
Will I be provided office space?
Post 6 months based on your performance and mutual agreement on the need an office space will be provided if it is justifiable.
Will I be reimbursed for car mileage?
Yes. You will be reimbursed as per IRS rules. This will be deducted from the gross income before calculating your portion of commission.
If I bring in a customer and other virtual Sales member makes a placement with my client. Will I benefit?
Yes. You will be paid 5% for bringing the customer and putting NetPixel’s name on Vendor’s list.
How long will I get commission?
As long as you are associated with NetPixel and our relationship is not terminated.
What is the Termination/ Exit policy?
For the first 6 months either party can terminate with or with out cause and notice period with no severance.
Do I owe to NetPixel?
Yes.
Do I have to submit any report to NetPixel?
Yes. You will be required to submit Weekly Status report.
Can I do this part time?
Yes. But there will be no draw or salary for part time.
Can I continue my current employment and participate in this programme?
Yes, provided you do not have any legal obligations and willing to work on commission basis only.
Are there any vacations?
Yes but not for first 6 months or as long as you are a contractor.
Can this contract be converted into full time employment?
Yes but only after 6 months subjected to your performance.
Will my car lease be expensed?
Yes. However, it is determined by the IRS regulation in your state. This amount will be deducted from the gross income before calculating your portion of commission.
